Summer and Fall! Work is
already underway on our
single
family home in Troy.

Anyone interested in
volunteering to help with the build is welcome. We have
opportunities for EVERYONE! No matter your skills we will
find a job for you if you are willing to volunteer. Even if
you are not comfortable doing physical labor we have many
jobs that support our volunteers that are just as important
to the build as banging nails or helping landscape.
Unlike our last build in Alstead this will not be a one week
Blitz Build. Instead we will take several months to do all
of the inside work after the shell of the house is
completed. This will spread the need for volunteers over a
much broader span of time and should therefore make it
easier for more volunteers to participate in the build.

Take Highway 12 south from Keene into Troy.
Go through the town square and past the lake about 200
yards.
Turn left onto Monadnock Street (you will see the sign
for Monadnock State Park also).
Go about a quarter of a mile and you will see a left
turn onto Dort Street.
Follow Dort Street .1 mile and you see our build site on
the right side. Our Habitat banner will be visible. |
