Home Construction Opportunities

We are planning a Blitz Build project in Alstead NH in August of 2007. We are currently in the process of obtaining the proper permits and finishing up the site evaluations. Click here for more information. In the mean time, we are always looking for volunteers who are willing to help with ongoing Habitat building and repair projects. Series of local mini-project successful because of volunteers!

MHFH completed several home repair projects in the Monadnock region to assist homeowners with issues dealing with weatherization, health and safety, and handicapped accesssibility. Following an application and approval process, volunteers were mobilized to assist the homeowners with small projects. We are grateful for dedicated volunteers, contributions of the faith community, and Habitat team leaders for helping improve the living conditions of several area homeowners.
